PHYSICAL THERAPY & WELLNESS SERVICES
Designed Around You
At Limitless Physical Therapy & Wellness, we provide individualized, one-on-one care designed around your goals, your history and the way you move.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, working to improve your performance, or looking to stay strong and mobile, our experienced physical therapists develop a plan based on what your body actually needs.
Our approach goes beyond simply treating symptoms. We take the time to understand the factors contributing to your limitations and combine hands-on treatment, movement analysis and individualized exercise to help you make meaningful, lasting progress.
Orthopedic Physical Therapy
01
When pain or an injury is keeping you from doing what you want to do, getting the right diagnosis and treatment matters. At Limitless Physical Therapy, we take the time to understand not just where you hurt, but why you're having the problem in the first place.
Our experienced physical therapists combine hands-on treatment, movement assessment and individualized exercise to address the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms. Your care is built around your history, your goals and how your body moves.
We work with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, from new injuries to persistent problems that haven't improved with previous treatment.

Sports Physical Therapy & Performance
02
Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, looking to stay healthy during your training, or want to perform at your best, our sports physical therapy and performance services are designed around your sport, goals and stage of training.
We work with school-age athletes, recreational athletes, weekend warriors and active adults across a wide range of sports. Our approach combines the clinical expertise of physical therapy with individualized care tailored to your goals and the demands of your activity. We can also work alongside an athlete's existing training program, identifying areas that may need additional attention and providing targeted support without replacing the work they're already doing with their coaches and trainers.
For athletes recovering from injury, we focus on restoring strength, mobility and confidence while identifying and addressing the factors that may have contributed to the problem. For healthy athletes and active adults, we can uncover areas for improvement, optimize strength, mobility and movement, and help you perform at your best.

Wellness & Mobility
03
Physical therapy doesn't have to begin when you're injured. You can also come to us before an issue ever starts — to better understand how you move, address areas that may need attention, and stay healthy and active.
Musculoskeletal Wellness Screen
Our Musculoskeletal Wellness Screen is a comprehensive assessment designed to help you understand how your body moves, uncover areas that may benefit from attention, and develop a plan to keep you moving well.
Think of it as a physical for your bone, joint and muscle health — a check-in designed to catch potential issues before they become bigger problems.
Your visit begins with a detailed history of previous injuries, aches and pains, activities, limitations and goals. We then perform a comprehensive assessment of range of motion, strength, balance, posture, movement patterns, joint health, flexibility and other factors that may influence how you move and feel.
Based on what we find, we'll develop an individualized plan for you that includes follow-up care and specific things you can work on independently.
Wellness & Mobility Visits
For people who want continued guidance, our wellness and mobility visits provide individualized support for strength, mobility, flexibility and exercise. These visits are especially valuable for people who have completed rehabilitation and want to continue working with a physical therapist they trust.
Your program can evolve as your goals and needs change — whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, maintain your progress after rehabilitation, or stay active and confident in your movement.
