Limitless Physical Therapy & Wellness provides individualized orthopedic, sports and pelvic health physical therapy. Our team is highly trained in manual therapy and takes a biomechanical approach to understanding movement and addressing the factors contributing to pain or limitations. We pride ourselves on helping individuals who have struggled to see results through other conservative approaches. Our goal is to provide more efficient care with better outcomes.

Limitless Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded by Alex Abzug, PT, DPT, OCS and Scott Scherr, PT, DPT, OCS, who shared a vision to impact the physical therapy industry and create a space where they could facilitate a path toward the physical well-being of their patients by improving movement and harnessing the healing power of the human body. Beyond their doctoral degrees, both Alex and Scott are board-certified orthopedic clinical specialists (OCS), providing them with an advanced knowledge base in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Their experience in the industry has shaped a commitment to raising the standard of physical therapy care.

Bri Wickland, PT, DPT joined Limitless with a background in orthopedics and a special focus on women’s pelvic health. She works with patients across a range of orthopedic and pelvic health needs, including pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her approach emphasizes individualized care, movement, strength, and helping patients feel confident returning to the activities they enjoy.

At Limitless, we have created a community environment where people can come for their overall wellness and receive personalized, comprehensive care. Our team works day in and day out to help people get back to doing the things they love but may no longer be able to do because of pain, injury or physical limitations. We continually refine our approach and develop goal-oriented treatment programs designed to improve movement and help each patient make meaningful progress toward their goals.
