Bri is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who treats a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with additional specialization in pelvic floor health. She is originally from Idaho (and yes, she loves potatoes!) and grew up exploring the great outdoors and dancing competitively, a passion that eventually led her to sunny Southern California.

Before discovering physical therapy, Bri traveled the world as a dancer and musical theatre teacher, performing across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. After returning to California, she discovered yoga and became an instructor. Teaching yoga helped her realize how much she enjoyed helping people feel and move better through movement, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Bri attended CSUN, where she earned her BS in Exercise Science, and then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Bri enjoys working with a wide range of orthopedic and movement-related conditions and loves helping people reach their highest potential and become the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves so they can enjoy life’s many adventures to the fullest. She also has a special interest in working with pregnant, postpartum, perimenopausal and menopausal clients, with an emphasis on strength training to help support resilience, long-term health and longevity through life’s transitions.

Bri has completed extensive continuing education in pelvic health, covering a wide range of pelvic floor dysfunctions across different stages of life. She is passionate about helping patients navigate pelvic floor concerns with greater confidence so they can return to the activities they love without fear.

Outside of the clinic, Bri can be found salsa dancing, having her husband cook her delicious food (he’s the chef!), hiking, lifting heavy things or traveling the world.
